Build Your Own

JPam_NEO began as a practical project that any aeromodeller could use, understand and eventually build for themselves.

The first version, JPam_NEO_V1, has already been validated and is ready for anyone who wants to experiment with the hardware and firmware. The rest of the ecosystem—hardware, firmware, app, assembly, tests and future versions—will be documented progressively.

The V1 PCB is also compatible with F2G, which is currently being tested by a small group of beta users. The intention is for it to support V4 as well. This means that a V1 timer can be converted to F2G later, and vice versa.

If you cannot wait to get started, this video shows how to prepare a basic timer for use in your models. 😎

Of course, I cannot be responsible for poor soldering or incorrect wiring. If you do not have the necessary experience, make sure you get help before connecting the electronics. 😅😂

1. Hardware

Board documentation, connections, ESC, button, LED and timer assembly.

2. Firmware

Source code, firmware installation, published versions and required checks.

3. App

Using the JPam_NEO app to configure the timer through BLE.

Documentation in progress

This part of the project still requires documentation, testing and review. Material will be published gradually. The intention is to make JPam_NEO an open-source project, but to do it carefully and properly.
